INVESTMENT OVERVIEW

With your investment in Home Design & Decor Magazine, we provide you with a complete training program covering marketing, sales and operations and access to other franchise owners nationwide.

We do not provide financing. Franchises should have the operational capital to meet these obligations:

 

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

There are several steps involved in becoming a Home Design & Decor Magazine franchisee.

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE MORE INFORMATION FORM

Review our website, previous issues, the customer feedback and if you are still interested, complete the More Information Form. We will contact you to have a conversation about your interest, capacity, and the market you are interested in.

STEP 2: SCHEDULE A CALL WITH OUR FRANCHISE TEAM

When we receive your initial application, we will also request a Non-Disclosure Agreement to be reviewed and signed. We can set up a time for an initial call to discuss your desired market and the potential franchise. We’ll discuss your background, financial resources and your ability to be a successful franchisee.

STEP 3: COMPLETE A DETAILED FRANCHISE APPLICATION

After the initial phone interview, if there’s a shared interest in moving forward, we’ll ask you to complete a detailed Franchise Application. On that document, you’ll tell us about your work history, sales experience, financial resources and goals. This will allow us to fully analyze your fit and allow us to perform our necessary due diligence. If we feel there is a good match, we will invite you to a personal interview.

STEP 4: RECEIVE AND REVIEW OUR FRANCHISE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT (FDD)

After our review process, you’ll receive our FDD. This document contains everything you need to know about Home Design & Decor Magazine, the franchise opportunity, and a current copy of our Franchise License Agreement. We can answer any questions you may have about the business model and the FDD, and your role in bringing Home Design & Decor Magazine to your city.

STEP 5: MEETING IN PERSON

After your due diligence and discovery period of no less than fourteen (14) days, we will get together in person to learn more about each other and to determine if this is a mutual fit.

STEP 6: GET APPROVED / BECOME A MAGAZINE PUBLISHER / FRANCHISEE

Once we determine that Home Design & Decor Magazine is the right fit for your goals and you are the right fit for Home Design & Decor Magazine, you will finalize your Franchise License Agreement and schedule time for your training.
